We offer Four design plans that should cater to all requests - Lite, Basic, Premium and Custom Log onto our website to check out the features under each plan, to choose the one that is perfect for you.
After selecting your design plan and providing the brief, you will be directed to the payments page. Once you make the full payment and you can then schedule your phone/video (is it phone and video or just video?) call with our interior designer. Once it is scheduled, you will receive an automated mail on your registered email ID with the date, time and a meeting link to join the call.
You also have the option of rescheduling the call as per your convenience, by clicking on Edit Schedule Request.
The Plan Selection & Design Brief gives you the option of uploading images, videos, PDF files and even Pinterest links of your inspiration. You can also write a detailed description of what you’re looking for, and we’ll work towards making it happen.
Yes you can, depending on the plan you choose. The option of making multiple design revisions is available in our Basic and Premium plans.
You can always upgrade from the Basic and Lite plans, by paying an extra amount to get additional benefits. If you wish to opt for another plan, you can choose your new plan after the completion of your existing project.
Furthermore, if feel all your queries have not been addressed, there’s also an option to get on another call with one of our designers by making an additional payment of 1000 BDT.
There’s no limit to the number of projects that you can create with your account. You can view all pending and completed projects under My Projects.
You can make an online payment through all major Debit/Credit cards, bKash, Mobile Banking, and Net Banking.
Your call with the designer will be scheduled only after the full payment is made online. We do not accept partial or advance payments.

You will be provided with multiple options in the furniture procurement stage of your design plan. Select the furniture pieces of your choice and click on Approve and Buy. You can also type and submit your feedback to incorporate further changes.
